Event Coordination

At Melanie Ferguson Events we specialize in coordinating the details of a wedding. We work with you to create a timeline for the wedding day and ensure the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception runs smoothly.

The main overview of what we do includes:

Finalizing the details: We will meet with you (two to three months out) to go over wedding details including contract reviews as well as communicate with your vendors the month of your wedding.

Creating a timeline: We will create a detailed timeline for the wedding day that includes all of the important events and the timing for each as well as distribute the timeline to vendors.

Coordinating with vendors: We will work with all of the vendors involved in the wedding to ensure that everything is set up and ready to go on time.

Managing the wedding party: We will help manage the wedding party, making sure everyone is where they need to be.

Troubleshooting: We will be on hand to troubleshoot any problems that arise on the wedding day as well as be the contact person for you for anything wedding related!

Overall, we are responsible for making sure that the wedding day is stress-free and that everything runs smoothly so that you can enjoy your special day!
